Richard Dale Jenkins (d. 4 Mayıs 1947) Amerikalı tiyatro, Film ve TV oyuncusu, Tiyatro kariyerinden sonra ilk olarak 1974 yılında birkaç film ve televizyon yapımlarında rol almaya başladı. 2008 yılında the visitor isimli filmde rol almış ve bu filmle En İyi Erkek Oyuncu Akademi Ödülü'ne aday gösterilmiştir.
